Claims Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluating claim documents

• Crafting comprehensive responses to occasionally intricate written inquiries from claimants and their legal representatives

• Handling complex telephone inquiries from claimants and legal counsel

• Receiving training, guidance, and supervision from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other team members involved in the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school (a foreign law degree may be acceptable)

• Active law license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Preferred experience in litigation

• Experience with class action and/or mass tort cases is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
