This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the development and support of claim processing solutions tailored for providers.
• Responsible for the implementation and configuration of customer environments.
• Conduct analysis and maintenance within the Experian Health product suite.
• Ensure that development and support processes for providers align with corporate policies regarding security, consistency, and professional software development standards.
• Uphold high levels of software quality within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team.
• Utilize debugging techniques and tools to detect and rectify errors.
• Collaborate with core claims development and other teams to facilitate programming support.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Required experience with X12 healthcare transactions (83x, 27x).
• Over 5 years of programming and analytical experience in a computing environment.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL.
• Preferred experience in .NET, scripting, and automation.
• Mandatory experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working in an Agile team setting.
