This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage title insurance and associated claims.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Department.
• Investigate, assess, and determine coverage as well as potential claim resolutions.
• Negotiate with claimants, opposing counsel, and third parties to achieve resolution.
• Review and authorize invoices for costs and attorney fees.
• Serve as the network administrator for the Department's attorney billing software platform.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all claim file activities.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry or as a Title Examiner or Closer.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic team-oriented setting.
• Advanced skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Fundamental knowledge of the title industry.
