Claims Adjuster – Property

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage losses and claims for property and casualty insurance providers

• Review insurance policies and other documentation to assess coverage

• Conduct interviews, make phone calls, and/or communicate with claimants and witnesses about the claim

• Consult police and hospital records while inspecting property damage to evaluate the extent of the company's liability

• Estimate repair, replacement, or compensation costs

• Compile a report of findings and negotiate settlements with claimants

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience

• Demonstrated adjusting, negotiating, and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of office software, Outlook, and web-based applications

• Enrolled in the CIP program
