Claims Adjuster – Liability, Bodily Injury, General Liability, Multi State Jurisdiction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Analyze intricate or technically challenging bodily injury and general liability claims to ascertain benefits owed.

• Handle high-exposure claims that involve litigation and rehabilitation processes.

• Ensure continuous adjudication of claims in line with service expectations, industry best practices, and specific client service standards.

• Identify subrogation opportunities for claims and engage in settlement negotiations.

• Manage mid-level bodily injury and general liability claims by collecting information to evaluate liability exposure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Required: 5 years of experience in Liability claims management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Multi-State Licensing: Required, with preference for NY and Hawaii.
