This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
β’ Conduct field inspections, evaluations, and adjustments efficiently and accurately to manage crop insurance policies.
β’ Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and statutes to implement crop policies in a cost-effective manner.
β’ Foster and sustain customer relationships by providing timely and precise policy service.
β’ Accurately document and relay loss information to evaluate potential damages.
β’ Assist in achieving business goals through quality control tasks, audits, and risk evaluations.
β’ Promote a positive workplace culture by exemplifying cultural expectations and influencing colleagues positively.
β’ Completion of secondary school certification.
β’ Possession of a valid Driver's License.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.
β’ Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
β’ Experience in agriculture is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with farming practices is preferred.
