Claims Adjuster – Crop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Conduct field inspections, evaluations, and adjustments efficiently and accurately to manage crop insurance policies.

• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and statutes to implement crop policies in a cost-effective manner.

• Foster and sustain customer relationships by providing timely and precise policy service.

• Accurately document and relay loss information to evaluate potential damages.

• Assist in achieving business goals through quality control tasks, audits, and risk evaluations.

• Promote a positive workplace culture by exemplifying cultural expectations and influencing colleagues positively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of secondary school certification.

• Possession of a valid Driver's License.

• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.

• Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred.

• Experience in agriculture is preferred.

• Familiarity with farming practices is preferred.
