Claim Benefit Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Handle Medicare claims on the HRP-HealthEdge Platform.

• Evaluate and process Medicare medical claims in accordance with CMS claim processing regulations.

• Provide assistance to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries.

• Contribute to various Medicare initiatives, such as FE Claims, Specialty work, or the Rework team, as required by business demands.

• Investigate claims and operate multiple computer applications concurrently.

• Work autonomously in a production setting while ensuring high-quality results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

• Capability to research and navigate several computer applications simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

• Strong keyboarding skills.

• Excellent computer navigation abilities.

• Experience in medical claim processing, ideally supporting Medicare products.

• Background in a production-focused environment with an emphasis on quality outcomes.

• Certification in medical terminology and coding.

• Preferred experience in claim processing.

• Proficient in computer navigation.

• Experience in production and quality assurance.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
