Claim Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze insurance policies and their coverage options.

• Examine intricate automobile claims, including those involving impaired operators, unlisted drivers, or non-drivable vehicles.

• Assess coverage and liability accurately.

• Resolve claims in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with clients, service providers such as towing companies and repair shops, other insurance firms, and law enforcement agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.

• Prior experience as an auto adjuster is preferred.

• Ability to understand and interpret insurance policies effectively.

• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Competent keyboarding skills and computer proficiency.

• Enrollment in the CIP program or willingness to enroll is considered a plus.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
