• Lead direct reports, sub-disciplines, and contractors.
• Supervise and coordinate assignments and responsibilities within the civil engineering design team.
• Ensure the proper allocation of civil engineering resources necessary for project execution.
• Guide and direct lead civil engineers during the project launch phase and throughout project execution.
• Support your team in defining design strategies, managing design tasks and deliverables, and assigning resources to initiate engineering processes.
• Oversee, lead, and coordinate project execution procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience in high voltage substation civil/structural design, including EPC projects.
• 5+ years of experience in leading a substation civil engineering team.
• Professional Engineering License in the United States and willingness to review and seal drawings.
• Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time, including international travel, while complying with all relevant company travel and tax policies.
