Civil Design Manager – Site Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for the team.

• Conduct senior-level design evaluations for the team.

• Participate in client meetings.

• Guide and manage project personnel on the technical aspects of projects.

• Travel to job sites at various construction stages, working across diverse terrains and weather conditions.

• Lead and manage staff concerning the technical elements of projects, including collaboration with all relevant disciplines.

• Organize and supervise the quality review procedures for project deliverables.

• Act as a consultative resource to clients for project-related resolutions.

• Enhance and further cultivate expertise in specific design areas.

• Foster efficiencies in delivering high-quality work.

• Oversee and assess the work of less experienced staff.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.

• An Associate Degree in Drafting.

• A decade of experience with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D).

• Project management skills for medium-scale projects.
