City Manager, Property

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Drive commercial growth in the territory by onboarding new properties into management.

• Oversee the property portfolio operationally: including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-listing on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel.

• Organize and coordinate the local provider network.

• Delegate portfolio management during your absences by utilizing the ALB Vacation System.

• Act as the local point of contact for the network within the city and surrounding regions.

• Manage the territory as if it were your own business.

• Develop a portfolio of managed properties and potentially establish a team of City Managers under sponsorship.

• Capability to persuade and foster trusting relationships with property owners.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant sectors is advantageous.

• Strong motivation is the key requirement.
