This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development of AI solutions for the sales team

• Create AI-based tools and automations for:

• Lead generation and qualification

• Supporting the sales process (scripts, follow-ups, proposals)

• Prioritizing opportunities

• Integrating solutions with CRM and existing tools

• Developing AI agents

• Designing and evolving autonomous agents (e.g., virtual SDRs)

• Automating stages of the sales funnel using AI

• Testing, iterating, and scaling agents based on real performance

• Enhancing operational productivity

• Identifying operational bottlenecks across channels:

• Franchises

• Consulting

• Inside Sales

• Implementing solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

• Collaborating with business areas

• Working closely with sales leaders to understand real needs

• Translating business problems into viable technical solutions

• Acting as a bridge between technology and operations

• Performance management and continuous improvement

• Defining success metrics (e.g., conversion, cycle time, productivity)

• Conducting ongoing tests and experiments

• Scaling solutions with proven impact

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI, ML, or Data Science;

• Advanced Python and SQL;

• Experience with ML/DS libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn;

• Knowledge of AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3);

• Git and collaborative development.

• Differentials:

• LLM frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph;

• Experience with Claude/Anthropic models and AWS Bedrock;

• CI/CD and MLOps practices;

• Multi-agent systems and conversational AI;

• Visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau);

• Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow);

• Serverless architecture.

• Skills:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

• Clear communication of technical concepts;
