This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• General maintenance and support

• Manage, configure, and establish new projects in ALM tools

• Administer, configure, and set up new users in issue management tools

• Manage updates and enhancements of tools

• Troubleshoot tool issues, train, and advise users

• Facilitate workshops between development teams and external vendors

• Support testing and verification of tools; assist in tool deployment

• Assist with other activities such as output verification, license tracking, and user group management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry

• Installation and maintenance of commercial engineering tools

• Experience in server administration and client-server architecture

• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Bitbucket, PTC Integrity)

• Object-oriented programming skills in Java and C# (SharePoint)

• Development of custom tools and utilities (scripts)

• Support for continuous integration and ALM tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, PTC Integrity, IBM DOORS, SBM, Jenkins)
