Chief Product Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand the Product Management, Design, and User Research teams.

• Ensure alignment of product vision, roadmap, and user experience across various product functions.

• Define and deliver product experiences that prioritize AI capabilities.

• Utilize AI technologies to automate workflows and enhance customer value.

• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to enhance the speed of product development.

• Tackle challenges related to processes, prioritization, and execution.

• Base product decisions on user research, real-world feedback, and a thorough understanding of the market and customers.

• Explore new opportunities in emerging category areas.

• Manage uncertainty and make strategic trade-offs in an early-stage startup environment.

• Engage in hands-on development work as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading Product Management, Design, and User Research within a startup or rapidly-growing environment.

• Previous experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or enterprise SaaS is essential.

• A history of successfully developing AI-first products.

• Extensive knowledge of the latest AI capabilities and their application in product experiences.

• A strong record of removing obstacles for teams, streamlining processes, and speeding up development cycles.

• Experience guiding products through pivots or transformations in an early-stage company.

• Excellent user empathy and the skill to convert insights into innovative product solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to lead a team, inspire customers, and engage with C-level executives and analysts.

• A technical background or close collaboration with engineering on AI-driven products is advantageous.

• Experience in scaling product teams during Series A–C growth stages is a plus.

• Preference for candidates based in San Francisco, with a presence in the local office.
