This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
• Overseeing all daily operations of the organization, encompassing IT, marketing, and sales.
• Compiling and delivering reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all business-related matters.
• Conducting employee evaluations and formulating corrective action plans when necessary.
• Creating and implementing strategies, procedures, and business plans aimed at promoting company growth.
• Partnering with the executive team to establish company performance objectives.
• Nurturing and providing opportunities for emerging talent within the organization.
• Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Formulating policies that enhance company culture and vision.
• Supervising daily operations of the organization and the activities of executives in various departments (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
• Inspiring employees to encourage optimal performance and commitment.
• Assessing performance through the analysis and interpretation of data and metrics.
• Drafting and submitting reports to the CEO regarding significant matters.
• Engaging in expansion initiatives (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
• Managing relationships with partners and vendors.
• Collaborating closely with the CEO as a key driver of the company's digital transformation.
• Identifying and soliciting new business and growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Overseeing the core business operations of the company and maintaining the commercial relationship with all third-party vendors.
• Providing comprehensive reports to the CEO and the Board concerning performance, target achievements, key performance indicators, and other relevant matters.
• Conducting research and budget forecasting to offer recommendations and manage campaigns to support client objectives.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to the Marketing and Growth team for all ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing initiatives.
• Leading the development of long-term plans and program recommendations for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Advertising, Technology, Finance, or a similar field.
• A Digital Marketing Certification would be an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in accounting and financial management would be beneficial.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position with a comprehensive understanding of Advertising/Marketing.
• Knowledge of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Proven competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Experience in fundraising is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
