This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP of Fusion Sales, assisting in the translation of strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Serve as an extension of the VP during leadership discussions, cross-functional meetings, and essential business initiatives.
• Proactively foresee challenges, recognize opportunities, and drive solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and overall business performance.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, strategic narratives, and leadership communications, transforming data and operational insights into engaging narratives for senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Design, oversee, and continually refine the operating rhythm for the Fusion Sales organization, covering leadership meetings, forecast reviews, quarterly business reviews, business assessments, planning cycles, and executive updates.
• Ensure that leadership discussions lead to clear decisions, accountability, and follow-through.
• Create scalable operational mechanisms that enhance execution without adding unnecessary complexity.
• Lead or collaborate on important rep productivity and operational initiatives throughout the Fusion Sales organization, as required.
• Spearhead significant, cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and other essential stakeholders.
• Unite senior leaders around priorities, dependencies, risks, and execution strategies.
• Drive key initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring that business outcomes are successfully achieved.
• Advocate for the integration of AI-driven tools and workflows to boost productivity, decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalability within the sales organization.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline business processes, and enhance the quality and speed of insights.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategy, business operations, sales operations, consulting, finance, or Chief of Staff roles supporting senior leaders.
• Proven track record of collaborating with executive leaders and influencing decision-making across complex organizations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a reputation for excellence in execution and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives involving senior executives and various stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of transforming ambiguity into structured actions.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
• Experience in developing executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic narratives.
