This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the CEO's focus on the organization's most impactful work.
• Anticipate requirements, minimize obstacles, and enhance daily operational efficiency.
• Lead critical cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.
• Convert discussions into well-defined action items, assign responsibilities, set timelines, and ensure accountability.
• Monitor progress across various teams and proactively address any issues that arise.
• Support the company's operational rhythm, which includes leadership meetings, planning cycles, and KPI evaluations.
• Prepare materials for discussions with executives, board members, and investors.
• Help maintain transparency regarding company priorities, risks, and overall performance.
• Identify inefficiencies in operations and assist in enhancing processes, tools, and inter-team coordination.
• Take charge of ambiguous, high-priority projects requiring swift execution.
• Oversee prioritization and ensure follow-through on both internal and external commitments.
• Act as a versatile team player across the business as needed.
• 4-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investing, executive support, or similar high-performance environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead high-impact initiatives and achieve results in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting business performance data, recognizing trends, and aiding decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with executives, cross-functional teams, and external parties.
• Highly organized with outstanding follow-through and meticulous attention to detail.
• Openness to handling both strategic and operational or administrative tasks without ego.
• Strong ownership mindset with a pronounced inclination toward action.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid shifts.
• Ability to balance urgency with discretion and sound judgment.
