Chief Information Security Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy for the entire organization.

• Architect and manage identity and access management systems across all platforms.

• Ensure the security of the exchange platform, wallets, APIs, and trading infrastructure.

• Implement security measures throughout the entire software development lifecycle (including code, dependencies, and CI/CD pipelines).

• Oversee incident response, threat detection, and risk management initiatives.

• Foster a security-oriented culture and best practices throughout all teams, extending beyond just engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure security, particularly with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

• Demonstrated ability to design identity and access management solutions and system integrations at scale.

• Proficient in securing the software supply chain, including repositories, dependencies, and pipelines.

• Experience in cryptocurrency, financial technology, or high-risk environments.

• Practical approach with the capability to collaborate across various departments within the company.
