This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

• Formulate and execute the company's IT and blockchain strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Propel the adoption of innovative blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.

• Guarantee the scalability, security, and compliance of all digital assets and blockchain initiatives.

• Supervise the development and integration of smart contracts, DeFi applications, and tokenized financial products.

• Direct the design and upkeep of secure and efficient blockchain architecture.

• Oversee the creation of crypto wallets, payment gateways, and digital asset management systems.

• Ensure the security and efficiency of cryptocurrency transactions, exchanges, and staking platforms.

• Implement comprehensive cybersecurity measures to safeguard crypto assets and user information.

• Stay vigilant against hacks, fraud, and security threats within blockchain ecosystems.

• Ensure all IT operations conform to Shariah-compliant finance principles (if applicable).

• Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in IT leadership positions, ideally within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors.

• Strong grasp of blockchain protocols, DeFi, NFTs, and Layer 1/Layer 2 solutions.

• Proficiency in smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), Web3 frameworks, and crypto wallets.

• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, cloud computing, and distributed ledger technologies.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, AML/KYC, and international cryptocurrency regulations.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
