
Blockchain Investigator – Law Enforcement Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Utilize cutting-edge blockchain analytics tools to assess virtual currency transactions.
• Serve as the main liaison for law enforcement agencies.
• Deliver comprehensive and clear reports along with insights on blockchain activities to support criminal investigations.
• Promptly address and act upon incoming requests from law enforcement.
• Improve law enforcement's comprehension of trends and signs of illicit activities within the blockchain.
• Remain informed about the latest advancements in blockchain technology, trends in virtual currency, and shifts in regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including legal and compliance, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with blockchain analytics, ideally with Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic.
• Comprehensive and proven knowledge of cryptocurrency transaction patterns and possible indicators of criminal conduct.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of converting complex technical data into understandable language for law enforcement personnel.
• Experience collaborating with law enforcement agencies is highly advantageous.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
