This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the experimentation roadmap, conducting rapid tests and enhancing performance on a weekly basis.
• Directly oversee CAC, LTV, and payback period management across both paid and owned channels.
• Pinpoint the most valuable customer segments and formulate strategies to boost monetization and retention.
• Design and implement channel strategy and budget distribution, prioritizing Google Ads with Meta as a secondary focus.
• Take ownership of full-funnel performance, encompassing ad creative, landing pages, intake, checkout, upsell, and retention.
• Provide performance metrics and unit economics reports to the CEO, collaborating closely with the Controller.
• Achieve a reduction in inefficient spending by 20% to 30% within the initial 60 to 90 days.
• Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and targeting strategy, continually refining it based on cohort performance.
• Collaborate across functions to synchronize marketing efforts with commercial priorities, quarterly objectives, and revenue goals.
• Create offer strategies encompassing pricing, bundling, promotions, and subscription frameworks.
• Transition the marketing function from a reactive, ad hoc approach to a structured, strategically planned growth engine.
• Extensive expertise in Google Ads, including auction dynamics, keyword economics, and CAC volatility.
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets of $10M or more annually, with a focus on hands-on in-platform execution rather than solely agency management or team oversight.
• Financial acumen at an operational level, encompassing CAC by channel, LTV by cohort, payback period, and contribution margin.
• Demonstrable success in transitioning a transactional business model to a recurring or subscription model, resulting in measurable enhancements in LTV, retention, and ARPU.
• Ability to identify funnel issues and start making an impact without requiring an extended ramp-up time.
• Comprehensive end-to-end funnel management experience, covering ad through landing page, intake, checkout, and retention.
• Proficiency in making quick decisions with incomplete data and iterating swiftly rather than over-planning.
• Experience in pricing strategies, offer bundling, and promotional design.
• Background in telehealth, digital health, or direct-to-consumer healthcare.
• Familiarity with subscription eCommerce or fintech subscription models.
• Knowledge of additional paid media channels, including Meta.
• Experience with GLP-1 programs, Rx-based subscription models, or weight management platforms.
• Base Salary: $180,000 to $240,000 per year.
