Chief Financial Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support Luupli’s growth and objectives.

• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure strong financial controls and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Manage financial risks and opportunities to enhance organizational sustainability.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with existing and prospective investors.

• Craft and present compelling investment narratives that reflect Luupli’s vision and mission.

• Coordinate communications with investors, including regular updates, reports, and presentations.

• Lead fundraising initiatives, including the preparation of pitch materials and management of due diligence processes.

• Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the company’s strategic goals.

• Provide financial insights and analysis to guide decision-making and improve business performance.

• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships as necessary.

• Represent Luupli at industry events, conferences, and meetings with investors.

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• Promote a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

• Ensure the finance team’s objectives align with the broader organizational goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA is preferred.

• Proven track record in a senior finance position, ideally within the technology or social media sectors.

• Demonstrated success in investor relations and fundraising efforts.

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote working environment.
