Chief Engineer, VLCC Oil Tanker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Engine room team to guarantee the efficient operation of engines and machinery equipment.

• Minimum experience needed: 4 months in a similar rank on the same type of vessel with 2-stroke engines exceeding 10,000KW output.

• Familiarity with FRAMO and/or Steam Turbines cargo pump systems is preferred.

• Experience in trading areas such as the USA and Australia is advantageous.

• Experience in repairs and dry docking is essential.

• Proven experience in a multicultural working environment.

• Must possess valid STCW certifications applicable to the position.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
