Chief Engineer – Container Vessel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Engine room team to guarantee the effective functioning of engines and machinery equipment.

• Prior experience in repairs and dry docking is essential.

• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

• Proficient English communication skills are necessary.

• A commitment to safety culture and mindset is crucial.

• Experience in a multicultural work environment is preferred.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of experience at Rank with Engine type (MAN B&W 2 stroke with an output of 8000kw and above).

• Experience with electronic engines is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cargo gear [deck Crane 30MT SWL] is required.

• Experience in trading areas such as the USA and Australia is recommended.

• Must hold valid STCW certifications required for the role.
