Chief Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Define and facilitate the development of innovative products and systems for electrical infrastructure and digital substations.

• Create algorithms to aid in the advancement of measurement product development.

• Lead initiatives for advanced standardization within the realm of power and high-current systems.

• Collaborate closely with R&D and Marketing teams to provide practical, market-driven solutions.

• Convert theoretical concepts and industry standards into effective, scalable product implementations.

• Offer technical leadership throughout system design, research, and development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering (preferably with a focus on high current).

• At least 5 years of combined practical and theoretical experience in electrical systems.

• Strong understanding of high-current systems and relevant electricity standards.

• Comprehensive knowledge of power systems and power quality standards.

• Solid grasp of electricity grid structures and digital substations, including measurement and protection components.

• Practical experience with control and protection systems in substations.

• Strong system-level comprehension of electrical engineering principles.

• Demonstrated ability to translate standards into viable product solutions.

• High aptitude for learning and applying new concepts from theory to practical implementation.
