Chief Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of compliance for all remote care initiatives (RPM, CCM, PCM, CoCM, BHI).

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of payor audits.

• Manage formal payor compliance intakes and evaluations of medical devices.

• Continuously enhance the corporate compliance program in alignment with the OIG seven-element standard.

• Serve as the compliance representative in enterprise sales and client due diligence processes.

• Provide the executive team with compliance analyses that are ready for decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the CISO regarding HIPAA privacy strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience within a payor organization or extensive experience defending providers against payors.

• A demonstrated track record of personally leading recoupment defense efforts and Medicare appeals.

• Experience guiding an organization through thorough CMS or payor audits.

• Strong understanding of CPT-level requirements for remote care or related programs.

• Proven experience in establishing a compliance function from the ground up or enhancing a low baseline in accordance with the OIG seven elements.

• Established ownership of compliance across a multi-state clinical workforce.

• Ability to function effectively in rapidly growing environments.

• Active use of LLMs and generative AI in current compliance processes.
