Chief Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide quarterly reports to the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.

• Oversee and coordinate consumer compliance regulatory examinations.

• Act as the Bank’s Privacy Officer and Regulation O Officer.

• Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• Ensure the Bank has a robust operational framework for managing compliance risks.

• Lead a team tasked with developing compliance policies and programs.

• Collaborate with business partners to introduce new product offerings.

• Create and uphold policies and programs that promote compliance.

• Formulate the annual budget for the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A JD is preferred.

• Proven understanding of compliance systems and controls.

• At least 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role.

• Comprehensive experience in Risk and Compliance management within the financial services sector.

• In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
