This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Design and execute a thorough internal audit program for the organization.

• Manage and guide the execution of the audit strategy.

• Perform risk evaluations and develop a risk-oriented audit plan.

• Deliver audit results and suggestions to management and the board.

• Guarantee adherence to all applicable regulations and laws.

• Offer guidance on controls and operational processes.

• Demonstrated experience as a Chief Audit Executive or in a comparable internal audit role.

• In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment within the energy sector.

• Skilled in data analysis and risk management techniques.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and lead a team.

• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
