📋 Description

• Collect and verify pricing, supply-demand, and market intelligence data related to the glycols and methanol sectors in North America.

• Convert intricate datasets into straightforward, commercially significant insights.

• Generate high-quality written analyses and commentaries.

• Keep track of essential trends in chemicals, energy, and associated feedstock markets.

• Assist in the creation of new products and analytical frameworks.

• Interact with industry participants to enhance market knowledge and networking.

• Contribute to regular publications on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine market narratives and industry viewpoints.

• Potentially engage directly with clients, presenting insights, addressing market-related inquiries, supporting commercial discussions and presentations, and eventually managing specific market segments or product areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or commodity research.

• A background in chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, or related markets (e.g., LNG, LPG, oil & gas).

• Experience in a relevant organization such as a price reporting agency, research firm, or commodity intelligence provider is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and synthesize market data.

• Excellent written communication abilities, emphasizing clarity and insight.

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how insights add value for clients.

• Ability to work in a client-facing environment or a willingness to develop this skill.

• Advanced Excel skills preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Tableau, or similar) preferred but not required.
