Chat Customer Service Operator — Commercial Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver voice-driven customer service with compassion and empathy, concentrating on tailored solutions to fulfill customer requirements;

• Proactively present our financial products and services aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and securing optimal results for the customer;

• Achieve and surpass sales objectives, with the potential to earn rewards based on performance;

• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with excellence, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school diploma;

• Experience in sales is advantageous;

• Willingness to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday);

• Daily working hours: 6 hours and 20 minutes;

• A minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps and a wired (Ethernet) connection for desktop usage.
