This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
β’ Manage live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform, ensuring responses are within SLA targets.
β’ Oversee and engage with user posts in community forums, including Discord, Facebook Group, and social media comments.
β’ Address common inquiries (such as offer questions, account issues, and navigation assistance) with precision and a friendly demeanor.
β’ Elevate complex or sensitive matters to the suitable team, providing comprehensive documentation.
β’ Contribute to the knowledge base of the help center.
β’ Identify trends in user issues or feedback to relay to the product and content teams.
β’ Ensure a consistent tone and quality across all support interactions.
β’ A degree is not necessary.
β’ Quick and precise typing skills are essential, as live chat operates at a fast pace.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills are required, demonstrating clarity and empathy.
β’ Ability to manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining high quality.
β’ Patience with frustrated users is crucial; you should de-escalate situations rather than mirror negative energy.
β’ Familiarity with support or chat tools (such as Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or similar) is advantageous.
β’ Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $21 per hour.
