This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the chargemaster across all USPh entities.
• Oversee all aspects of charge master operations, including pricing, coding, and fee schedule analysis.
• Work in partnership with teams from Managed Care, Clinical Compliance, and Revenue Cycle.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing all functions related to the charge master.
• Certification as a Professional Coder is required.
• Experience working in a decentralized environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications: Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, and Outlook.
