📋 Description

• Evaluates and performs financial analyses to assess the accuracy and completeness of charge capture.

• Guarantees the precise establishment of clinical charges, descriptions, and billing codes within the charge master.

• Works in collaboration with clinical personnel, as well as external and internal audit and compliance teams.

• Directs multidisciplinary teams tasked with monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of hospital net revenue.

• Gathers, analyzes, and conveys performance data using a variety of tools and systems.

• Offers guidance and assistance to clinical departments regarding inquiries, processes, status updates, and planned modifications to the charge master.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

• Background in the healthcare sector.

• Experience with Charge Master, EAP, and coding is highly preferred.

• Must possess a curious mindset and show willingness to embrace innovation, including AI, to discover improved processes and enhance patient and client experiences.

• Certifications: CRCR is required within 9 months of hire (company sponsored).

• Epic Certification is preferred.

• AAPC or a similar certification is preferred.
