This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a thorough insurance channel strategy across carriers, MGAs, and insurance technology partners.
• Align the channel strategy with direct sales, insurance solutions, and product teams to achieve pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Determine key insurance segments and customize partner strategies accordingly.
• Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with carrier stakeholders in underwriting, loss control, innovation, product, and legal areas.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, pipeline, program adoption, and growth prospects.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic insurance partnerships.
• Generate new leads and opportunities through consistent, strategic engagement with our insurance carrier champions.
• Enhance revenue through channel-attributed opportunities, including carrier-sponsored programs, preferred vendor relationships, and incentive-driven offerings.
• Establish and oversee revenue targets, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics for insurance partners.
• Collaborate closely with Netradyne sales teams on carrier referral and subsidy initiatives.
• Work together with marketing, insurance solutions, and sales enablement teams to develop insurance-specific messaging, collateral, and training materials.
• Empower partners to convey value through risk reduction, claims mitigation, driver behavior enhancement, loss impact, and ROI.
• Provide support for underwriters, loss control teams, brokers, and carrier field organizations.
• Design, manage, and refine insurance-specific partner programs.
• Assist with achieving preferred vendor status, telematics-based incentives, co-marketing, co-selling, and pilot initiatives.
• Oversee partner onboarding and program launches to ensure swift activation and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to address partner needs and ensure program success.
• Offer structured feedback to product and R&D teams based on partner requirements, underwriting insights, and market trends.
• Aid in resolving insurance-related customer and technical issues with internal teams.
• Keep track of insurance industry trends, regulatory considerations, competitive offerings, and evolving carrier strategies.
• Discover new insurance-driven growth opportunities, including emerging carrier programs, digital distribution models, and Insurtech partnerships.
• 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong background in commercial auto insurance.
• Familiarity with telematics, IoT, or fleet technology.
• Experience in Insurtech or insurance distribution ecosystems.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through insurance carriers or integration channels.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships.
• Experience working with underwriting, loss control, or risk management teams.
• Knowledge of insurance incentives, telematics-based programs, and claims or safety analytics.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of video telematics or fleet safety technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Smartsheet, and Seismic.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of sales and partner enablement tools.
