This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Engage in proactive outreach to current customers within the region.
• Develop positive and trusted relationships with existing end users.
• Qualify inbound sales leads effectively.
• Address inbound customer inquiries via email and phone within your territory.
• Conduct discovery calls and web demonstrations with inbound leads and outbound prospects.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Executives and the territory sales team to drive business growth.
• Manage opportunities below $50k throughout the channel sales cycle.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing leads, customer activities, tasks, and the opportunity pipeline.
• Travel is required (50%) to participate in local industry events and conferences.
• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, agency recruitment, or marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills across video, email, and live customer interactions.
• Strong understanding of discovery best practices.
• Highly organized and efficient — adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable and quick to learn new technologies.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
