Channel Programs Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and enhancing current partner programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and partner requirements.

• Partnering with internal teams, such as Partner Account Executives, Business Development, and leadership, to synchronize program strategy with business priorities.

• Crafting and implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and programs.

• Promoting operational and reporting enhancements by identifying obstacles and applying scalable solutions.

• Supplying external technology partners with monthly reports on revenue and contracts.

• Acting as a liaison between internal and external technology partners to address inquiries related to revenue and contract reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 2 years of experience in Program Management or Business Operations.

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree, High School Diploma, or possess an equivalent professional background.

• Exhibit analytical capabilities and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar applications.

• Have experience in managing Partner Programs and overseeing partner-related processes.

• Be knowledgeable about partner ecosystems, including ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplaces.

• Show experience using project management and collaboration tools like Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity Tools.

• Be capable of thriving in a dynamic environment while adjusting effectively and managing challenging situations.

• Have the ability to collaborate across diverse, global environments and within matrix organizations.
