
Channel Production Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Lead and take ownership of operational functions pertaining to Title services.
• Oversee production operations for a division that supports several counties.
• Manage an internal team of up to 30 employees and guide offshore production teams.
• Assign tasks, oversee workflow, suggest staffing requirements, and direct activities.
• Mentor and coach staff while managing employee performance.
• Drive daily operations for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Set channel goals and objectives while facilitating training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal clients to fulfill service requests and address issues.
• Enhance client relationships, improve customer service agreements, and streamline processes.
• Gather feedback on team performance and work towards effective solutions.
• Review monthly P&L and unit cost data in conjunction with the financial organization and Channel Director.
• Utilize financial tools to guide team members and enhance financial performance.
• Spearhead problem-solving and organizational change initiatives.
• Develop business relationships with senior leaders and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Ensure production quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with customer cycle-time service levels.
• Make independent, sound business decisions with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 6 years of directly related experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in management and leadership roles.
• Experience in title insurance is mandatory.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to present concepts and ideas effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing and advising on intricate production processes.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and product management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of interpreting customer business requirements and translating them into operational and application needs.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
