This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the main marketing collaborator for Canada, working closely with sales, regional marketing, and operations teams.
• Formulate market-specific strategies and plans that align with both regional and global business goals.
• Utilize a deep understanding of the Canadian market to guide prioritization, planning, and recommendations.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., retail, e-commerce, digital, events, and campaigns).
• Optimize the return on investment from marketing development funds (MDF) in alignment with IMP objectives.
• Modify and tailor regional/global marketing initiatives to enhance their effectiveness in the Canadian landscape.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, effectively balancing strategic goals with operational execution.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for marketing initiatives in Canada.
• Examine performance data, recognize trends, and leverage insights to refine plans.
• Deliver market updates, best practices, recommendations, and innovative ideas to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is preferred.
• 6-8+ years of experience in channel marketing or a similar field, ideally within the technology sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Canadian market, including retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
• Prior experience in supporting product launches or integrated go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in both English and French is required.
• Experience in a global or regional marketing environment.
• Demonstrated success in creating effective channel marketing programs.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA as necessary for partner meetings and events.
