This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan and oversee partner marketing initiatives while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.

• Implement partner marketing programs with complete ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to measuring outcomes.

• Identify and develop quarterly marketing plans with partners that align with program metrics for optimal collaboration.

• Collaborate with regional sales, channel sales, and field marketing to provide expert consultative support as the partner marketing specialist, emphasizing the efficacy of through-marketing.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, including channel sales, partner program office, field marketing, and other marketing team members.

• Remain updated on best practices within channel and marketing sectors.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in channel marketing, particularly in developing a partner network.

• Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology sectors is advantageous.

• Prior involvement with partner marketing funding/MDF programs.

• Proficiency in Salesforce customer database.

• Skilled in HubSpot or other Marketing Automation Platforms for managing website pages and email applications to segment partner communications, as well as testing subject lines and enhancing delivery, open rates, and clickthrough rates for key communications.

• Previous experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software such as Impartner, Salesforce PRM, or similar tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to audiences of channel partners and/or executives.

• Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus.

• Strong understanding of marketing channels to effectively guide channel partners in developing successful campaigns.

• Comprehensive knowledge of channel business and operations, including revenue and pipeline principles.

• High attention to detail and the discipline to adhere to established policies and procedures while suggesting incremental enhancements.

• Experience in a cross-functional team environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate respectfully, manage shared responsibilities, and drive successful outcomes.

• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: You'll interact with other business professionals and are expected to effectively communicate the value of our products and programs, as well as embody the culture and values of our company to our partners.

• A proactive attitude and a readiness to learn, overcome challenges, and embrace feedback while consistently performing at a high level.
