• Spearheading the strategy and implementation of channel management and commercial operations to drive profitable growth across dental distribution, DSOs, and other significant channels.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Supply Chain to enhance channel performance, bolster distributor effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence that supports both customers and field teams.
• Eliminating operational obstacles that hinder sales execution within our dental and orthodontics business; enhancing the customer and field experience through improved service delivery, issue resolution, and process transparency.
• Managing channel-facing operational communications and ensuring consistent collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Offering business support and strategic input for commercial operations in our orthodontics and dental sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in channel management, sales operations, commercial operations, key account operations, or similar roles.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in managing complex channel ecosystems (e.g., distributors, dealers, reseller networks, DSOs) and achieving measurable business results through partners.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Background in the dental/orthodontics/medical device industry, with insights into dental distribution models and DSO dynamics (preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial operations disciplines such as sales enablement/operations, analytics, CRM, indirect data/POS, chargebacks, forecasting, and issue resolution (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in designing and operationalizing channel programs, managing partner performance, and executing cross-functional models (preferred).
• Advanced analytical skills (creating KPI dashboards, conducting QBRs, translating insights into actionable strategies) with comfort in handling indirect/channel data.
• Proven track record of enhancing customer experience and operational performance by addressing systemic barriers and modernizing workflows.
