This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Identify and assess potential partners to distribute Azul products to their client base through a partner program.
• Inform potential partners about the partner program, its requirements, and deliverables.
• Create opportunities for prospecting and leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Quickly and effectively respond to, engage with, and qualify incoming leads and inquiries from partners.
• Work alongside sales and marketing team members on strategic sales initiatives related to partner productivity.
• Formulate and implement a robust and effective prospecting strategy for acquiring new partners in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.
• Ensure the successful progression of the sales cycle by accurately maintaining activity and lead qualification records in SFDC.
• Provide comprehensive information to both Account Executives and the VP of Sales in the region regarding recruitment activities.
• Conduct training and onboarding for new partners, as well as ongoing enablement, using the partner portal.
• Keep precise and thorough records of partner communications, including calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos, and other pertinent information, in line with organizational policies.
• Occasional travel within the region is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in Channel sales with leading global partners such as SoftwareOne, Insight, SHI, Logicalis, etc., across North America.
• A minimum of 5 years of knowledge or experience with development platforms or tools.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and an MBA is a plus.
• Prior direct sales experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SFDC and Clari is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
