This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with key partners situated in the US East Coast region.
• Take ownership of partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration efforts to meet revenue objectives.
• Spearhead the identification, activation, and development initiatives for regional partners.
• Enhance partner capabilities, co-selling strategies, and brand awareness programs.
• Forge strong executive relationships to formulate partnership business plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to oversee pipeline management and revenue commitments.
• Work collaboratively across Grafana Labs to ensure message alignment, operational coordination, and promotion of the partner strategy and program.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in channel sales or sales involving partnerships.
• Proven experience in selling SaaS (experience with open source technology is advantageous) and familiarity with MEDDPICC selling methodologies.
• A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting goals in high-growth startup environments.
• Experience employing a consultative sales approach aimed at sustaining exceptionally high levels of satisfaction among customers, partners, and the community.
• Established expertise in developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors.
• Residing in the US East region (preferably Northeast).
• Equity participation.
