Change Order Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client needs and current system setups to determine the financial aspects of client agreements.

• Efficiently oversee the change order process from the initial request through to final execution.

• Manage the entry of study specifications into budget calculators.

• Assess client needs to compute the financial elements of client proposals.

• Prepare, modify, and/or personalize change orders to accurately depict the modifications in assumptions and budget summaries.

• Ensure that change orders align with the pricing and financial terms specified in customer master agreements and applicable change order templates.

• Organize and lead Change Order Alignment meetings with project teams.

• Maintain active communication with the Project Team and Finance to facilitate the prompt and accurate delivery of change orders.

• Inform the Legal Department of any alterations to legal terms in draft Change Orders, incorporate Legal's feedback in the next version, and manage any discussions with the customer.

• Dispatch fully approved Change Orders for signatures and ensure that fully executed Change Orders are properly stored.

• Undertake additional duties, assignments, or special projects as necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree focusing on Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Comprehensive understanding of contract processes and strategies.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel applications.

• Possess an analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, including salesforce.com.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated accountability and integrity.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
