Change & Adoption Consultant – Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Strategic Consulting & Pre-Sales: You identify customer needs, outline use cases, and authentically advise C-level executives on the strategic business value of AI.

• Workshop Facilitation: You design and lead interactive discovery, ideation, and enablement workshops—both remotely and on-site with clients as well as internally.

• AI Evangelism & Demonstrations: You present modern AI tools (especially Google Gemini / Gemini Enterprise) in a practical and comprehensible manner, helping to eliminate apprehensions.

• Change Strategy: You develop customized adoption concepts to ensure long-term user acceptance of data and AI solutions.

• Interface Function: You provide the technical blueprints for our Data & AI Engineering teams—you define the “What” and “Why,” while they build the “How.”

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Several years of practical experience in consulting, change management, pre-sales, or as a trainer. More important than the exact number of years is your proven presentation and facilitation experience.

• Tech Affinity: You are a confident user in at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (ideally Google Workspace & Gemini) and genuinely enjoy exploring new features.

• Personality: You are a charismatic and approachable individual who can confidently moderate critical groups and translate complex topics into clear business value.

• Methodology: You have experience leading large groups and ideally possess knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Design Thinking) or change frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

• Languages: You confidently moderate workshops in German and communicate fluently in English.

• Willingness to Travel: You possess the flexibility for regular, project-related on-site assignments with our clients in the DACH region.
