This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with private equity clients and the management teams of portfolio companies.

• Implement accounting and finance workstreams within a structured engagement framework.
• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders regarding your assigned responsibilities.
• Assist engagement leadership with planning, coordination, and the delivery of significant outputs.
• Contribute to client discussions and presentations, including providing status updates.
• Offer practical accounting and finance support to companies backed by private equity.
• Create high-quality analyses, schedules, and deliverables that are precise, well-organized, and ready for client presentation.
• Identify risks, challenges, or delays within your assigned workstreams and proactively communicate with engagement leadership, providing appropriate context.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must possess and maintain necessary licenses.
• Capability to manage all facets of client engagements.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels, internally and externally.
• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.
• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements.
