Certified Residential Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute residential appraisal tasks in accordance with USPAP and client specifications

• Conduct property inspections, measurements, and data verification

• Formulate credible, well-supported value opinions

• Ensure timely communication with IVG support staff and leadership

• Adhere to reasonable turnaround times while upholding quality standards

• Engage professionally with homeowners, agents, and lending partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Certified Residential Appraiser license in good standing

• Current Errors & Omissions insurance that meets lender requirements

• Strong history of USPAP compliance and focus on quality

• Capability to complete assignments independently and with professionalism

• Knowledge of UAD-compliant reports and common appraisal software

• Consistent communication and responsiveness

• Professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail

• Access to reliable transportation and inspection tools

• Willingness to undergo IVG onboarding and panel setup
