This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze, organize, and update financial records.
• Conduct regular, thorough audits to guarantee accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
• Execute daily reconciliations of credit cards, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, and more.
• Establish financial accounts as necessary.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with Tax Accountants to monitor tax payments and returns.
• Regularly supervise bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of the company’s financial information.
• Ensure that vendor accounts are kept current across the entire organization.
• Manage inventory and oversee purchase management in China.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ideally, experienced accounting or finance professionals specializing in the US Accounting System.
• Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant software.
• Experience in the Procurement and Logistics industry is an advantage.
