This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee pharmacy orders through phone, fax, or web platforms.
• Address customer inquiries, returns, and shipping concerns.
• Collaborate with distribution and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance records are maintained.
• Interact professionally with patients and healthcare providers.
• Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must secure before training; application fees will be reimbursed).
• Current PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification (must be provided prior to interview).
• Must reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or call center roles (within the U.S.).
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
