Certified Home Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections for residential, commercial, phase, investors, environmental, and specialty projects.

• Foster strong relationships with homeowners, agents, investors, and commercial clients.

• Provide comprehensive, precise, and easy-to-understand inspection reports.

• Educate clients by not just identifying issues but also explaining them.

• Uphold the GreenWorks brand with professionalism and integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an InterNACHI CPI or ASHI Certified Inspector (or currently in training).

• Preferably have two or more years of experience in construction or a related field.
