This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of special projects directly for the CEO, focusing on revenue, partnerships, market expansion, strategic accounts, AI workflows, internal systems, and narrative development.
• Leverage AI to streamline research, synthesis, drafting, workflow design, meeting preparation, and execution cycles.
• Create commercial briefs, operating documents, account plans, market maps, partner analyses, and internal decision memos.
• Transform ambiguous CEO priorities into well-defined workstreams with designated owners, deadlines, and expected outcomes.
• Rigorously evaluate ideas using commercial logic rather than startup theatrics.
• Assist in founder-led growth initiatives where speed, preparation, and precision are crucial.
• Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows that enhance team productivity in marketing, sales, client strategy, and execution.
• Enable leadership to act more swiftly without compromising on standards.
• The CEO can present you with a complex strategic challenge and receive a concise, actionable solution in return.
• You are proficient in using AI, but more importantly, you possess the discernment to evaluate the quality of AI outputs prior to their arrival.
• You can function effectively within product, revenue, commerce, marketing, and media environments.
• You elevate the level of clarity in every meeting.
• You are straightforward, politically savvy, and efficient.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, founder’s office, go-to-market operations, consulting, product strategy, business operations, or other high-output settings.
• Demonstrated capability to manage ambiguous projects from inception to completion.
• Strong proficiency in AI: adept in research workflows, synthesis, drafting, automation, knowledge management, and productivity applications.
• Experience in at least one of Terrific’s three core pillars: eCommerce, Marketing, or Media.
• Ability to quickly gain commercial fluency across all three pillars.
• Exceptional writing, synthesis, and presentation abilities.
• High energy, elevated standards, and a low-ego approach.
• Ability to work directly with a founder at a rapid pace.
• Proficient in translating context into action without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Must possess commercial credibility, not just operational organization.
• Comfortable being assessed on output quality, speed of credibility, and usefulness, rather than mere activity.
• This role is not suitable for individuals who view AI as a novelty rather than a workflow advantage.
• Not suited for those who spend excessive time on slide presentations.
• Should not require a stable scope to be effective.
• Must be able to discern signal from noise.
• Lacks a genuine commercial instinct.
